What’s your return policy?
I offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact me to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds are available in two scenarios:
Unsatisfied with Purchase: If you’re unsatisfied with a new item, refunds are offered within 30 days of purchase. Please contact me with your order number, and I will process begin a return process to begin your refund promptly.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, refunds are available regardless of the purchase date. Please contact me with photos and your order number, and I will process your refund promptly.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. If you received a mislabeled item, please let me know within 30 days. Include your order number and photos, and I will send you the correct item or issue a refund. Return shipping costs apply to exchanges.
